Introduction to Restoring the Heart Part I. My Heart for this course is not only to teach you the foundations of inner healing prayer ministry but to impart them and impart what I carry, to be a facilitator of healing your own heart, and then to help others heal. It is our own healing that is our greatest training. Our message is the purest when our own hearts are healed.

Understand the purpose of Inner Healing Prayer and restoring the heart and why every christian needs Inner Healing Prayer and transformation at a deep level in the heart. Go deeper into why the roots of strongholds must be brought to the cross in the heart of all believers beyond salvation in order for true transformation and restoration to occur.

A few additional valuable principles to keep in mind as we start out in prayer ministry in ministering to heart of another.

We are accustomed to thinking in the western world that our thoughts and so much more come from our mind. But the Bible actually describes how the wellspring of our lives come from the heart. Explore here the many Bible verses that speak of the heart. This Bible Word study is identical to what appears in your manual on pages 14-15.

Journal Questions 01-1 : Invite God into the places of your heart begin to answer the journal questions as God begins to reveal the parts of your heart that need healing.

Journal Question 01-2 : Invite God to begin to reveal the original design of your heart as you answer the journal questions in this section.

Sit back and allow God to meet you and wash over you with His love. Allow him to begin to open your heart to places He is knocking on. I pray you encounter the love of God in this small prayer.

This lesson gives inner healing prayer ministers a comprehensive understanding of how spiritual laws of Sowing and Reaping, the Law of Honor, and the Law of Judgment operate in our lives to reap spiritual fruit, both righteous and unrighteous and how strongholds can be healed at the root they first began.

Spiritual Listening is the one of the most foundational pillars in inner healing prayer. When you operate in listening to Holy Spirit and a person’s heart simultaneously, you create a space for them to encounter God's presence as well as you hearing God’s voice. Discover how, within a space of Spiritual Listening, you unlock a deep well of healing as you invite the Holy Spirit to speak to you and to minister to people’s deepest wounds—ushering in truth, comfort, blessing, and peace.

Every part of inner healing prayer ministry from the beginning to end contains spiritual listening at it’s core. In this section, I explain the process of prayer ministry we use under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to help someone listen to God and discover the specific bitter roots of their heart so that they can be gently led to the cross for healing.

Earthly parents are designed to mirror the unconditional love of our Heavenly Father—reflecting the deep love and acceptance for who we are, not for what we do. However, children often make decisions in their hearts and they begin striving to earn love through their achievements. In this lesson, you will learn to recognize these fruits and minister God's healing— to the lies and vows and expectations which so often lie behind this stronghold.

This lesson shows the fruit that results when children take on false responsibility for their parent’s needs, feelings, desires, and much more. Many christian parents due to unhealed areas of their own heart, tempt children to be a picture of who they think they should be instead of who God created them to be and many do not have the spiritual maturity to discern the difference. Learn how to recognize the unrighteous fruit that results and how it differs from performance orientation.

Burden-bearing is a type of intercession and a gift given to sensitive spirits which helps carry another’s burdens to the cross so their burden is light enough to be able to carry it on their own. In this lesson we unpack the unique calling and design of a person with a burden-bearing spirit and learn how to heal the common wounds associated with it so that people bear the gift righteously and not in their own flesh.

Earthly parents are meant to be our first glimpse of God's unconditional love. When they fail us, we often carry silent judgments against them that we unknowingly transfer to the Lord. This creates invisible barriers in our daily walk with God. In this powerful lesson, you will discover how to heal those transferred judgments, dismantle the lies you’ve believed about God, and step into the total restoration of His true character.

Unlike guilt, which points to a mistake, shame attacks who you are—whispering that you are uniquely flawed at your deepest core. It is the hidden root of many of our greatest wounds.
